The Location of the New Capital

The new capital city is located 35 KM east of Cairo of a total area of 170,000 feddan. The new capital city lies between the regional ring road, the Cairo/Suez and Cairo/Al Ain Sokhna roads.

The New Administrative Capital is located on the border of Badr city between Cairo/Suez and Cairo/Al Ain Sokhna roads, just after New Cairo.

The Fifth District contains more than 23,000 housing units, consisting of various housing units, in addition to residential towers that contain distinct hotel units.
