Akam Egyptian Saudi Arabia the owner of compound Scenario New Capital
He pointed out that “Akam” intends to launch a housing project in the new capital on an area of 39 acres, which includes mula and administrative, medical and commercial units, pointing out that it is located in the region “r7”.
He explained that he aims to achieve sales of the new project estimated at 1.5 billion pounds during the year 2020.
On the other hand, the sales manager of the company, “Akam”, confirmed that the third stage of the “scenario” project had been completed in the new administrative capital.
He stated that the project achieved sales close to 3 billion pounds through its three phases during the past year, indicating the completion of about 80% of it, and some units remain in the fourth and final stage, but will be delayed for some time to devote to the new project.
He stated that with regard to the new project in the administrative capital, its features will be determined in terms of areas, payment systems and others during the coming days.
He noted that «Akam» differentiated at the present time to enter into new projects, either in the new city of El Alamein or Ain Sukhna, pointing out that the projects are still under study.
